Kieron Dyer (born 29 December 1978) is a former English professional footballer and is currently a football manager. A midfielder by trade, he was known for his pace and energetic style of play.
Playing Career: <br> Dyer started his career at <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Ipswich%20Town">Ipswich Town</a>, making his debut in 1996. He quickly established himself as a key player and was known for his dynamic runs. He later moved to <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Newcastle%20United">Newcastle United</a> in 1999 for a substantial transfer fee. While at Newcastle, Dyer showcased his talent but his time was often disrupted by injuries. Following his time at Newcastle, he moved to <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/West%20Ham%20United">West Ham United</a> where injuries again impacted his playing time. He also had a brief loan spell at <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Ipswich%20Town">Ipswich Town</a> and finished his professional career at <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Queens%20Park%20Rangers">Queens Park Rangers</a>.
International Career:<br> Dyer represented <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/England">England</a> at various youth levels before earning 33 caps for the senior national team. He was part of the England squad for the 2002 FIFA World Cup and the 2004 UEFA European Championship.
Managerial Career:<br> Following his retirement from playing, Dyer transitioned into coaching. He had his first managerial role at <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Ipswich%20Town">Ipswich Town</a> Under-23s. He then took on a managerial role at <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Chesterfield">Chesterfield</a> in 2024.
